 Crunchy apple pecan ❤


•1 cup chopped pecans

•1 cup brown sugar (I used SPLENDA brown sugar)

•1 cup oats

•1 cup all-purpose flour

•1/2 cup melted butter

•4 cups apples - peeled, seeded and chopped

•2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

Sprinkle a little caramel syrup on the face.

Heat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius). Grease two 8-inch round trays with light oil.


In a large bowl, combine brown sugar, oats, flour, and butter. Mix until crumbly. Do this in every frying pan

Put half of the crumb mixture into the skillet. Spread the apples evenly over the crumb mixture.

Sprinkle the sugar and cinnamon over the remaining crumb mixture. Then top each pancake with chopped pecans.

Bake in preheated oven for 40 to 45 minutes, or until golden brown. Don't forget to sprinkle the caramel on top when you're done.
