Apple pie filling is the perfect way to cook apples. These delicious, delicious apples only take a few minutes to prepare and taste so much better than the canned version!
* Ingredients:
° 5 apples
° 1 c. Sugar
° 1/4 c. Corn Starch
° 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
° 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
° 1/2 c. Water
° 3/4 c. Apple juice or apple juice
° 2 tablespoons lemon juice
* Directions :
Apple core, peel and cut into slices.
Put in boiling water for 1 minute. Set aside and keep hot.
Boil the remaining ingredients to the desired thickness.
Hardly let it come to a full boil. Fill hot, sterilized quart jars alternately with apples and syrup until almost full.
Slide the knife to the side to remove air bubbles. Add more apples and drink.
Proces in boiling water bath.
Place the jars in a water bath or a container that allows you to place the water about an inch above the jars. Boil for 25 minutes.
