* Ingredients : 

°1lb ground beef
°1 egg
°1/3 c bread crumbs
°1/2tsp. black pepper
°1 salt
° tsp. onion powder
°1 clove garlic
°1tbsp. oil
°1 half of cup thinly sliced onion
°2tbsp flour
°1 cup beef broth
°1/2tsp. salt

*How to make it :

In massive bowl, blend collectively the ground beef, egg, bread crumbs, pepper, salt, onion powder, garlic, & Worcestershire sauce. Forming to thick patties.  
Heat the oil in a massive skillet over medium warmness. Frying patties & onion withinside oil till patties are browned. Remove the red meat patties to a plate, and preserve warm.
Sprinkling flour on onions & drippings in skillet. Stir in flour with a fork, scraping bits of beef off of the lowest as you stir. Gradually blend withinside the beef broth. Season with pro salt.
Simmer and stir over medium-low warmness for approximately five minutes, till the gravy thickens. Turn warmness to low, go back patties to the gravy, cover, and simmer for every other 15 minutes. Serve with a large bowl of mashed potatoes
