°1 egg
°1/3 c bread crumbs

°1 salt
° tsp. onion powder
°1 clove garlic
°1tbsp. oil
°1 half of cup thinly sliced onion
°2tbsp flour
°1 cup beef broth
°1/2tsp. salt
*How to make it :
In massive bowl, blend collectively the ground beef, egg, bread crumbs, pepper, salt, onion powder, garlic, & Worcestershire sauce. Forming to thick patties.
