Classic New York Cheesecake



* ingredients :

+Graham's crust
°90 g (1 cup) graham crackers
°45gm chopped pecans
°26 g (2 tablespoons) sugar
°80 ml (cup) melted unsalted butter
to decorate
°750g (3 packets) rogue cream (cheese spread), at room temperature
°200 g (1 cup) sugar
°3 eggs
To make strawberry jam
°450g (3 cups) fresh strawberries, peeled and cut into 2 or 4
°100 grams of sugar
° lemon juice

* Preparation :

Graham crust
Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F).
In a bowl, combine graham crackers, chopped pecans, sugar and melted butter.Divide to  20 cm (8 inch) pan & pressure mixture firmly to bottom of pan with your fingertips.
Put it in the oven and leave it for 8 minutes, then let it cool.
to decorate
Using an electric mixer, beat cream cheese with sugar.
Adding eggs one at  time, mix well between every addition.
Pour into the skillet over the crust.
Put it in the oven and leave it for 40 minutes. The cheese should have a slightly gelatinous appearance in the middle.
Let it cool completely before placing it in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
To make strawberry jam
In a saucepan, put strawberries with sugar and lemon juice. Mix with a wooden spoon.
Cook for 10 minutes over medium heat, then pour into a bowl and leave in the refrigerator.
Cut the cake and serve it with strawberry jam.
