* Ingredients :
° 2 heads cauliflower, cutting to florets
° 3 tsp flour
° 2 tsp unsalted butter
° 3 clove garlic, mince
° 2 c milk
° 1 c shredded cheddar cheese
° 2 oz soft cream cheese
° 6 tranches bacon, cooked and crumbled
° ¼ c chop green onion
° Salt // pepper to taste
* Directions :
Heat oven 350 degrees.
In a large saucepan, boil cauliflower florets in salted water for 3 minutes. Drain totally also rinse with cold water to stop cook process.
In saucepan, melt butter on medium heat.
Add garlic & cook for 30 sec .
Sprinkle with flour and cook for a few minutes, stirring constantly.
Slowly whisk in the milk, and cook until it thickens.
Adding cream cheese & stir to totally melt.
Removing thick mixture from heat & add a cup of shredded cheddar cheese, salt and pepper to taste.
Place drained cauliflower in a greased casserole dish.
Pour cheese-sauce over the cauliflower and toss to coat.
Add half of the crumbled bacon and chopped green onions, stirring until well combined.
Sprinkle the remaining 1/4 cup of cheddar cheese over the cauliflower.
Top with rest bacon & chop green onions.
Bake for 30 min, To bubbling and slightly browned on top.
