Hamburger Steak with Creamy Onion Gravy


Toasted flour is used to add flavor and flavor to the sauce as well as thicken it. You can use store-bought toasted flour or you can make your own at home.


* Ingredients :

°40 g (12 cups) rusk rusk

°500 ml (2 cups) beef broth
°30 ml (2 tablespoons) dark toasted flour
°15 ml (1 tablespoon) Worcestershire sauce
°15 ml (1 tablespoon) prepared mustard

* Preparation :

In a large bowl, mix breadcrumbs and milk. Leave it to soak for two minutes. Adding meat, eggs, sweet pepper also half of pepper. salt. Mix with your hands until mixture is smooth, then shape into 8 pieces.
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown half of the pancakes all at once in the butter, 6 to 8 minutes. Salt and Pepper. Reserve on a plate.
In same skillet on heat, sauté onions for 5 min in hot fat. Sweetened with vinegar. . While whisking, add the broth, toasted flour, Worcestershire sauce, and the rest of the peppers. Briing mixture to boil also simmer over medium heat to sauce thickens, stir several times. Remove from heat, then add mustard. Returning meat to skillet and keep cook for 2 min  Adjust spices.
Serving steaks with sauce also steam potatoes or mash potatoes, if wanted .
