Crispy Hot Chicken Salad Casserole


*Ingredients :

°3 cups cooked chicken, shredded or minced
°1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
°1 cup lightly mashed potatoes
°1 1/4 cup mayonnaise
°1 cup finely chopped celery
°1/4 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
°1 tablespoon dry ranch mix
°1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
°1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
°1/2 teaspoon onion powder
°Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste


* Prepare

Preheat oven 350°F also grease square baking plate with butter or nonstick spray.
Putting chicken, cheese, celery, also bacon in  bowl.
In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, ranch mix, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, and season with salt and pepper.
Stirring mayonnaise blend with chicken to everything is equaly coated, & transfer everything to greased baking dish.
Cover baking dish with mashed potato chips, then place in oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until mixture is hot and bubbling, and cheese has melted.
Take out from the oven and serve hot.
