* Ingredients :
° 1 box of instant vanilla pudding
° 1/2 cup strawberry juice
° 1 1/2 cups skim milk
° 1 teaspoon vanilla
° 24 sponge fingers
° 220g (about 1 cup) cold whipped cream
° 1 pound fresh strawberries, peeled and sliced, and dry jam
* Preparation :
1 In a bowl, whisk together the pudding, milk and vanilla and set aside
2 Using a hand mixer or in the bowl of a stand mixer, beat the cream until completely combined, and stiff peaks.
3 Dip the lady's fingers briefly in the strawberry juice and place them on the bottom of the plate.
4 Spread half of the pudding mixture over the lady's fingers.
5 Place the strawberries in a single layer on top of the pudding.
6 Repeat the process with the rest of the lady fingers and the pudding mixture and strawberries.
7 Topping with whip cream also strawberries.
8 Refriigerate at least 4 h before serve .
