SUPER MOIST CHOCOLATE CAKE



* Ingredients :

° 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
° 1 3/4 cup sugar
° 3/4 C un-sweetened cocoa-powder
° 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
° 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
° 1 teaspoon salt
° 2 eggs
° 1 cup whole or 2% milk
° 1/2 cup vegetable oil
° 2 teaspoons vanilla
° 1 cup boiling water

+ Preparation :

 Preheat oven 350 degres F .
Grease 2 loaf pans or 2 9-inch cake pans.
MixING dried ingredients in  bowl.
Add eggs, milk, oil and vanilla; Whisk for 2-3 minutes.
Stir in boiling water. The mixture will be thin.
Pour MIX TO prepared pans.
Bake for 30-35 minutes or until centered and comes out clean.
Cool for 5 minutes. Removing it to tubs on wire racks. Absolutely cold .

+ Chocolate powder:
° 1 can (12 oz) evaporated milk
° 3/4 cup sugar
° 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
° 1/4 cup water
° 2 tsp allpurpose flour
° 4 tsp butter

+ Preparation :
In  saucepan, blend all ingredients exception butter.
Cook over low heat, stirring constantly.
Cook until thick.
Put out the fire.
Adding butter & stir to butter melts.
Cold slightly, & pour on cake to totally  covered.
Slice it, serving
