Big Mac Tater Tot Casserole



* Ingredients :

° 2 pouunds lean ground beef
° 1 c Thousand sauce Island
° 1/4 c-mayonnaise
° 1 cup yellow onion cut into cubes
° 1 cup dill pickles, diced
° 1 tablespoon onion powder
° 1 tablespoon garlic powder
° 1 teaspoon salt
° 1 teaspoon pepper
° 2 cups triple shredded cheddar cheese
° 24 oz frozen tater
+ topping
° 1 cup shredded lettuce
° 1/4 cup Thousand Island sauce

* Directions :

Heat oven 400 degrees F .
Put the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat with a little ghee or butter.
Finely chop the ground beef while it is cooking.
Once the minced meat is completely cooked, remove the pan from the heat and drain the excess grease.
Add Thousand Island Sauce, mayonnaise, diced onion, diced dill pickle, onion powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper to skillet with beef.
Stirring to all ingredients are totaly mixed.
Placing ground beef mix in  greased 9" x 13" baking dish & spread equally .
Sprinkle grated cheese over the beef.
Lay the sticks of the tartar in a single layer on top of the cheese.
Put the baking dish in the oven and bake the casserole until golden brown. 40-45 minutes.
Remove the casserole from the oven and sprinkle with shredded lettuce.
Put the Thousand Island dressing on top of the lettuce
