* Ingredients :
° 2 1/2 pounds (1.25 kg) chicken wings
° 2/3 cup (150 ml) red hot buffalo wing frank sauce
*Directions :
Spray the hot air fryer basket with non-stick cooking spray. Preheat a hot air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Dry the wings with paper towels.
Place the wings in the frying basket, being careful not to overcrowd. (Cook wings a portion at a time, if necessary, depending on the size of the hot air fryer.) Fry in hot air for 25 to 30 minutes, or until skin is crisp and wings are well cooked, shaking basket or flipping wings with tongs every 5 minutes.
Mix hot cooked wings with the sauce. Serve immediately with blue cheese and celery sticks, if desired.
