CORNBREAD

 



You can combine the seeds and plenty of flour such as spelt bread which is highly recommended if you suffer from diseases such as diabetes or cardiovascular disease. Cornbread is also a good alternative for those who have digestive issues due to gluten.


* Ingredients :


° 150 grams flour

° 1 teaspoon salt

° 2 teaspoons yeast

° honey

° 1 tablespoon honey or sugar

° 50 gm butter

° 200 grams of corn flour

° 37.5 cl of milk or milk

° 2 eggs


* Preparation:


Step 1

Preheat oven to thermostat 5.5.


The second step

Take a square template 22 cm in size. Melt the butter in the mold and turn it over to the butter on the sides. I leave it aside.


Step 3

In a bowl, combine the flour, cornmeal, salt and baking powder. Mix the milk, yogurt, eggs and honey and combine them into the dry ingredients.


Step 4

Add melted butter without stirring for a long time. Pour into prepared pan and cook for 25 to 30 minutes.


Step 5

Cut into squares and eat hot.
