Fish-Fried



This fried fish plate is a thing of beauty, with its amazing golden crunchy crust also tender meat inside. It's a super quick dinner because it takes less than 5 minutes to cook fish fillets on the stove!


* Ingredients
° 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
° 1/4 teaspoon paprika
° salt to taste
° pepper to taste
° 1 pound of filet mignon (such as haddock, tilapia, or cod)
° 2 c vegetable oil for fry
° Lemon slices, tartar sauce, or reconstitution, optional
 
How do you make fried fish?


In shallow bowl , mix flour, paprika, salt / pepper / blend well.
Seasoning and flour in a shallow bowl, ready to scoop out the fish
Dip 1 or 2 fish fillets to flour mix. Making sure it is totally covered on all sides also sweetly removing any excess. Repeat process with rest of tranches .
Fish fillet crushed with flour and a mixture of spices
Pour 1 inch oil to a skillet also heat it on medium heat 375 degres F .
Heat the oil in a frying pan
Working in batches, fry fish in hot oil for 6 minutes on each side, or until golden brown, crispy, and cooked through. Removing also place on cooling rack to let drain .
