Healthy Cookies!


These biscuits are quick to prepare, they are soft in the middle and crunchy on the ends.
Rich in fiber and nutrients, perfect to start the day, I made it with whole grain buckwheat flour, bran, and oatmeal.
It is a little too sweet with compote and whole sugar. Apple juice can be made at home or bought, so you can easily put whatever you like: apples, bananas, quince, etc ...
Chocolate chips bring a little indulgence.

* what do you need :
° 100 g wholemeal flour (T150 or small wholemeal or whole wheat flour)
° 50 grams oat bran
° 50g oatmeal (or flakes of your choice, not swollen)
° 1 teaspoon baking soda
° 30 grams of sugar (whole)
° 30g dried fruits or seeds (sunflower seeds, zucchini, kasha, almonds)
° 100 grams of apple juice without added sugar or homemade (mashed apples, bananas or other fruits without added sugar)
° 30 gm dark chocolate chips
° 50g vegetable milk (almond or other or cow's milk)

In a bowl, put the flour, flakes and baking soda and mix well.
Add compote, dried fruits and nuggets and mix.
Gradually add milk to get a paste that mixes together and becomes homogeneous
Form 45g cookies with wet hands and spread them out. Put it on the baking sheet.
Bake at 180 ° C for 20 minutes of cooking.
Place cookies on a rack just outside the oven.
Store cookies in an airtight container to protect from moisture.
