When my husband and I got married I couldn't cook to save my life. He was pitiful. I decided to make baked chicken and ended up burning the chicken on the outside, but the inside was still raw.
That takes talent there! And blessed in his heart, my husband always ate the food I made (not raw chicken...we just threw that away).
When I had a genius idea to make a spaghetti pie...I ate it. It was total! However, over the years I have become really good at cooking.
* Ingredients :
° 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
° 4 tablespoons brown sugar
° 3 teaspoons olive oil
° 4 cloves minced garlic
* Directions :
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees and spray a baking dish with oil
Put the olive oil in a small frying pan and fry the garlic until softened.
We remove the olive oil and garlic from the heat and add the brown sugar.
Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and spread the brown sugar and garlic mixture over the chicken.
Place in the oven and bake for 30-45 minutes or until the chicken is completely cooked through.
Enjoy !
