Golden Oreo Dough With Creamy Cheesecake Topping, Topped With Homemade Strawberry Salsa And More Oreos!The crust is my favourite part of this recipe, it tastes like that from your local bakery.
* Ingredients :
° 3 tablespoons melted unsalted butter
° 24 gold Oreos, divided
° 1¼ c strawberry dice
° 1 tsp sugar
° 1 tsp water
° 2 tsp freshly squeezed juice lemon
° Half a teaspoon of cornstarch
° 8 ounces soft cream cheese
° ⅓ cup sour cream
° sugar cup
° Half a teaspoon of vanilla extract
° 1 large egg
* Directions :
Preheaat oven 350 degrees. Placing half golden-Oreo in-food processor. Beat to crumbs form, adding melt butter & beat again to crumbs are coated with butter.Press the crumbs into an 8-inch baking dish lined with parchment paper (or foil if you're out of parchment paper!).Baking for 5 minutes, & remove from oven & permit cool on counter.
Put strawberries in saucepan with 1 tsp sugar and 1 tsp water.Bring mix to a boil, covering & simmer for 10 min to tender.You must turn it on every some min.Add the lemon juice and cornstarch, stir and simmer for another minute, until thickened. Place the strawberry mixture in a food processor and blend until smooth.
Put in a bowl and set aside.Place cream cheese, sour cream, remaining sugar, vanilla and eggs in a food processor.
Beat mixture until smooth and blended.Put it on the Oreo crust.Pour half strawberry sauce on cheesecake.Use the rest of the sauce however you like, I love adding it to the lemonade, yum!Baking at 325 degrees about 36 minutes Take out of the oven and let cool on a rack.
Crushing rest Oreos also sprinkle, pushing sweetly to bars.Placing in covered refrigerator & let stand for at least 3 h to cut to squares.
