* Ingredients :
° 1 pack (16 oz) dried cornbread mix
° 2 tsp butter
° Half c of chop celery
° 1 onion
° 2 scrambled eggs
° 2 c chicken broth
° 2 tsp dried sage
° Salt // pepper to taste
* Methods :
Step 1
Prepare the dry tortilla mixture according to the package directions. Cool and crush.
Step 2
Preheaat oven 350°F . Greaasee dish baking 9 *13.Step 3 In a large saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter and sauté the celery and onions until soft.Step 4 In a large bowl, combine celery, onion, 3 cups tortilla chips, eggs, chicken stock, sage, salt and pepper to taste; Mixing.
Fifth step
Transfering prepared dish & baking at 350 F (175 C) for 31 min .
