Starting with the packaged mix, this Chocolate Twinkies Cake recipe is easy and delicious! Everyone will be paying attention to it and asking for seconds!

* Ingredients :

° 1 box cake mix
° 1 box of garnishing cream
+filling:
° 5 tablespoons of flour
° 1 cup milk
° 1/4 teaspoon salt
° 1 teaspoon vanilla
° 1 cup granulated sugar
° 1/2 cup ghee
° 1/2 cup ghee
° 1/2 teaspoon salt

* Directions :

 Baking cake accorde to pack methods . When the cake has completely cooled, remove the cake from the mold onto a large plate or plate. (I usually use a cutting board). If the cake is really damp, put the cake in the freezer for a few minutes and it will come out right away!
Cut the cake in half with a large knife or cake leveler. Using another plate, remove the top of the cake and set aside. Flip bottom half of cake back to cake-pan. In this part, you can make the cake fantastic and do multiple layers if you wish. It's all about what you want
In a medium saucepan, cook 5 tbsp flour, 1 c milk, 1/4 tsp salt until thickened. When I say thick, I mean kind of like a thin meat sauce. When it's too thick, it doesn't beat well in the end. Remove from heat and add 1 teaspoon vanilla. Let it cool completely. I usually put it in the fridge to cool down while I do the next step.
In a medium bowl, cream with 1 c granulated sugar, 1/2 crisco, 1/2 cup shortening, and 1/2 teaspoon salt.
When the broth has completely cooled, add it to the bowl of whipped ingredients and beat for 10 minutes. It should be thin and the consistency of the Twinkie filling.
This recipe makes about 2 cups of fluff. It will be enough to stuff a half inch into a 9x13 cake.
Spread the cream filling on the bottom cake layer, leaving 1/4 inch of space around the outside of the cake. The cream will spread when the top layer is applied again.
Carefully flip the top layer over the cake. Frost as you normally would. If you are going to make a cake with multiple layers, I recommend placing the cake in the freezer so the Twinkie filling is set and does not mix with the frosting if it comes off the sides.
Another note - the cake does not need to be refrigerated. Stays good for the natural life of the cake

Enjoy !
