CHEESEBURGER & FRIES CASSEROLE


* Ingredients :

° 2 pounds lean ground beef
° 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
° 1⁄2 teaspoon pepper
° 1 teaspoon minced garlic
° 1 can (300 ml) of mushroom soup
° Can (300 ml) cheddar cheese soup
° 1 package (500 g) frozen French fries, any method
° 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

* Directions : 

Preheat oven 375 degrees.
Fry minced meat until cooked.
Strain the grease.
Then adding salt, pepper & garlic.
Add the soup and stir until well combined.
Heat on stove, then transfer to a 9" x 13" glass bowl.
Cover the meat mixture with the fried potatoes.
Bake for 30 minutes until the potatoes are crispy.
Sprinkle cheese over the tagine and return to the oven to melt the cheese.
