Of all summer salads, this classic chicken salad recipe is a favorite at picnics, barbecues or in the office. Just a few ingredients can be turned into a cold creamy salad, sandwich filling, or homemade chicken salad rolls!

* Ingredients :
° 2 cups cooked and chopped chicken
° ½ cup mayonnaise
° chopped celery stalk
° 1 green onion, diced (or chives or red onions)
° 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
° Half a teaspoon of seasoned salt
° pepper to taste
° 1 teaspoon fresh dill optional
* Directions :
Put all ingredients in a small bowl and mix well.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Serve it as a sandwich or on top of a salad.
