Chocolate delight


°16 oz Cool-Whip Tub

°1 package 8 oz (softened) cream cheese

°1 cup powdered sugar

°1 tsp vanilla extract

°1 x 5.9 oz instant chocolate pudding

°1 x 5.9 oz instant vanilla pudding

°4 cups milk

°1/2 cup chocolate plush grahams

°3/4 cup chopped walnuts

°1 stick of butter


Preheat oven to 350*

Mix 1 1/4 cup plush grams and 1/2 cup walnuts in a food processor, mix in a bowl with 1 stick of melted butter. Form the crust in the bottom of a 13-inch casserole dish. COOK 15 minutes until set. Meanwhile, combine the powdered sugar, cream cheese, Cool-Whip half bath and vanilla extract in a medium bowl. Mix until smooth.

Place the cream cheese mixture on the cooled crust.

Combine the two pudding packages and the milk, stir until thickened. Superimpose on the cream cheese mixture.

Garnish with remaining Cool-Whip, then sprinkle with the crushed Teddy Grahams and chopped nuts on top.

Cover and refrigerate overnight or 6 hours!
