°1 tablespoon oil
°1 pound ground beef
°5 large green peppers
°1 medium onion, chopped
°1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
°1 ea. cooked rice
°15 ounces of your favorite tomato sauce
°1 teaspoon of salt


Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 350 degrees.
Step 2: After wash peppers, cut off small amount to bottom. This will letting pepper rest in pan. Now cutting off the tops of peppers. Removing & discard seed & ribs.
Step 3: Collecting piece peppers you remove from top & bottom & chop them.
Step 4: In  skillet, heat oil. Once hot, adding chopped pepper, onion & garlic to skillet. Sauté them for a some min to tender.
Step 5: In pan, add minced meat and cook up to the back. Stirring in salt, rice & a cup of sauce. Let all heat up.
Step 6: In every pepper, lightly pour meat mix. Arrange stuffed peppers on  grease dish. Covering dish with aluminum foil, & place it in preheated oven also cooking stuffed peppers for about 45 min. Removing lid and resume cook for other 15 min.
Step 7: When done, serve the stuffed peppers with additional sauce.
