This recipe comes from my mom who is German. It is always unanimous when I serve it.
*INGREDIENTS: 6 PEOPLE.
°1 kg "special salad" potato
°4 boiled eggs
°1 can of natural tuna
°1 tea cup skimmed milk
°4 tbsp. tablespoon fresh herbs (chives, dill, etc.)
°1 large shallot
°2 to 3 tbsp. mayonnaise

Cook the potatoes and the eggs in a pot of water.

Peel the hot potatoes and cut them into cubes in a bowl.

Peel and dice the eggs. Add them to the potatoes.

Add the finely chopped shallots and the drained tuna. Salt, pepper and put 6 tbsp. tablespoons spirit vinegar.

Heat the cup of milk and add it to the preparation. Gently stir everything together.

Then put 1 tbsp. tablespoons olive oil and 1 tbsp. tablespoon rapeseed oil and mayonnaise.
7.
Mix everything gently, sprinkle with chopped herbs and serve.
