Broccoli Cheese Balls



°300g broccoli florets
°1 egg
°1 shallot
°100g breadcrumbs
°50 g of parmesan
°salt pepper

Place the ultrablade in the bowl and blend the broccoli at Speed ​​12 for 30 seconds (scrape the sides after 15 seconds)
Change to the kneading-crushing knife
Peel and mince the shallot
Add all the other ingredients to the bowl except the cheese cubes
In manual mode, programe Speed ​​8 for 2 min
Form balls in your wet hands and insert the cubes of cheese inside
Close the croquettes tightly and place them on a sheet of baking paper
Repeat the process until the dough is used up.
Brush meatballs with olive oil
Bake for 15 minutes in a preheated oven at 180°C
