Apple Fritters


°200g flour
°1 egg
°90g milk
°40g butter
°1 sachet of dehydrated baker's yeast
°30g of sugar
°1 sachet of vanilla sugar


Step 1:
Placing flour, dry yeast, powdered sugar & vanilla sugar in bowl. Mixing & dig in the center. Pour egg, milk, soft butter cut to cubes. Kneading dough for several min  Covering with clean tea towel also letting dough rest for 2 h 
2nd step:
 Flour your workING surface. Rolling out dough using a roll pin. Cutting out disks of dough use cookie cutter  Organize discs on a baking sheet lined with paper. Let to rest for 1 hour.
Step 3:
Preheat oven to 180°C. Brushing each donut with milk. Baking for 10 minutes. As soon as they come out of oven, placing donuts in  bowl cold water. Coat them with icing sugar & enjoy.
Step 4:
Place applesauce in a pouch fitted with a fine tip or in a syringe. Generously top each donut.
