It's easy to make your own shortbread, and it's always a pleasure to have tea or dessert!

*ingredients :

+For 1 piece of oven bread (about 24 cookies):
°150 g flour (instead of T55)
°75 grams butter
°75g fine sugar
°1 egg (small caliber)
°pinch of salt
°Choice of flavor: vanilla, lemon and cinnamon

* Preparation :

Preparing the shortbread:
Carefully mix 150g flour, 75g sugar, salt, flavor of your choice, 75g butter cut into small pieces by pressing and rubbing the palms of your hands together to make “sand”
Easy incorporate eggs to this sandy mix
Put it in a ball. Crush the dough with your palm a few times to incorporate everything
Cover with a layer of flour and leave in a cool place for 30 minutes, covered with a cloth
Heat the oven to 200 degrees
Placing dough on  floured surface & keep the flour close to you to flour roll & your hands. Roll the dough into 1/2 cm thick rolls
Cut the dough into strips using a cookie cutter or cup
Place shortbread on a buttered baking sheet
Bake about 10 minutes in a hot oven, watching the cooking: Take out the shortbread when it is golden blonde
