Funnel Cake

* Ingredients: 6 people

° 2 eggs
° 240 ml milk
° 240 ml of water
° 375 g flour
° 50 grams of sugar
° 3 tbsp. to c.  Baking powder
°1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
°1 to 2 pinch of salt
°icing sugar

* Preparation:

Beat eggs in a large bowl.
Adding  milk, water & vanilla to mixed.
In other bowl, whisking flour, sugar, baking powder & salt.
Stirring dried ingredient mix to egg mixture to smooth.
In frying pan or deep fry pan, heat oil 190 ° C.
Close funnel with your finger.
Pour 1/2 cup of the mixture into a funnel.
Placing funnel several inche above oil.
Releases your finger & spiral dough flow to all dough is released.
Frying for 2 min on every side to golden brown.
Laying out paper towels.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve hot.
