Old Fashioned Salmon Patties

* ingredients

°600 grams fresh salmon
°2 egg yolks
°3 medium sized potatoes
°2 tablespoons flour
chives
°1 red onion
°1 Set Cebits
°1 cucumber
°some cherry tomatoes
°1 dozen walnuts
°black pepper and salt
sauce:
°3 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
°2 tablespoons coconut oil
°1 tablespoon honey
°1 Bulgarian yogurt
°Black pepper
°salt

* Preparation :

 Cook the potatoes and mash them. Mix the salmon. Add 2 egg yolks, finely chopped chives. Add salt and pepper. We mix and knead the resulting dough. Pancake shape. Sprinkle them with flour on each side. Leave it to rest for 20 minutes.
 Fry the pancakes in olive oil until golden brown.
 Cut the red onions and green onions into thin rings. Cut the cucumber in half slices. Cut the tomatoes in half. Mix everything. Make the sauce by mixing yogurt, vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper.
 Arrange two pieces on each plate, then the salad. Pour the sauce over everything and add a few nuts. Feet it right away.
