Old-Fashioned Chocolate Fudge

Simply and old fudge recipe from my grandmother ❤️


°2 cups white sugar
°1/2 cup cocoa
°1 cup milk
°4 tablespoons butter
°1 teaspoon vanilla

* How to make it :

Grease an 8" x 8" square baking tray. Sit aside.

Blend sugar, cocoa // milk in  saucepan. Stir to blended, then bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Reduce the heat and leave it on a low heat. Don't flip again.

Put a candy thermometer in the pan and cook until the temperature reaches 114°C. If you are not using a thermometer, cook until a drop of this mixture in a cup of cold water forms a smooth ball. Feel the ball with your fingers to make sure it is the correct alignment. It should flatten when you press it between your fingers.
