Beat eggs / flour / baking powder, salt // pepper in bowl. & mixing potatoes // onions.
In skillet, heat oil on medium heat. Putting heaping tsp of potato blending in batches to skillet, press to flatten. Cooking every side To browned & crunchy, 3 min. Lay out paper towels.
Notes:
German-potato-pancakes can be eaten sweet or savory. It is often eaten with applesauce, other fruit compote, or powdered sugar, but is often eaten as part of a meal with yogurt or meat sauce.
Use a grater or a food processor to finely grate the potatoes. You are not looking for thick strands.
