CROCKPOT BEEFY POTATO TACO CASSEROLE


* Ingredients:

° 1 pound minced meat
° 2 cloves minced garlic
° 1 ounce package of taco seasoning
° 10.5 ounce cheddar cheese soup
° 4 cups of potatoes, sliced
° 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
° 1 cup beef broth

* Directions:

Fry minced meat with garlic and drain
Place the potato slices in the bottom of a lightly greased 6-quart crock pot
Spread the minced meat evenly over the potatoes
Sprinkle taco seasoning on top of everything
Pour soup equally with spoon on top
Sprinkle cheese evenly over the top of everything
Gently pour the beef broth around the crockpot
Covering also cooking on low heat about 4-5 h  for 2-2.5 h 
If desired and using an oven-safe bowl, place in grill on high for about 90 seconds to brown the cheese on top.
Let it cool for 10-15 minutes before serving.
