CheesyBroccoli & Rice Casserole

Gourmet and delicious, it's hard to be more comforting than a creamy pork, rice, and broccoli gratin!

* Ingredients

° 1 liter (4 cups) cooked white rice or 500 ml (2 cups) uncooked
° 375 ml diced pork
° 1 broccoli, cut into small bouquetas
° 1 cup (250 ml) light alfredo sauce
° 180 ml light cheddar cheese, fromagerie lancer, grated

my choice:
° 1 chopped onion

* Preparation

If necessary, cook the rice. In a saucepan, put the rice with 1 liter (4 cups) of water. Bring to a boil, then cook for 15 to 18 minutes.
Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F).
In a large skillet, heat a little olive oil over medium heat. Cook ground beef and onion for 3 to 4 minutes.
In a large baking dish, combine pork, onion, cooked rice, broccoli, and alfredo sauce. Salt and Pepper. Garnished with cheddar cheese.
Cover the dish with a sheet of aluminum foil. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
Remove the aluminum foil sheet. Roast the grill setting for 2 to 4 min, tp the cheese is golden-brown.
