The cake is the indispensable chocolate cake!

This is the cake you buy for dessert with the sandwich at the bakery.
And why is this the best cake?
Because it has everything that tempts us: dark chocolate, dried fruits for crunch, sweet but not too much, it is soft, light, easy to eat and even without a plate! A super simple and delicious recipe we love!
* What do we put in it?
° 2 bananas
° 250 gm dark chocolate
° 120 gm fine sugar
° 150 grams butter
° 3 eggs
° 60 grams flour
° 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
* How do we do ?
Preheat the oven to 180°C
Melt the chocolate in a double boiler and add the butter
Beat all eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar
Mash the bananas with a fork. And add it to the melted chocolate with butter. mix a little
Add the sweet eggs and mix well.
Mix the flour, the dough should be shiny. Mix the flour with the other ingredients well, the brownie will not fall apart when baked
Grease a mold with butter (preferably a square and put a spoonful of flour in it, shaking well in all directions so that the flour settles on the butter, and the brownie will not stick to the dish.
Pour the mixture into the mould.
Put the dish in the oven for 30 minutes.
Once the time has elapsed, remove the dish from the oven. Let the cake cool and refrigerate for an hour.
When the time is up, take the banana cake out of the fridge and cut it into small squares.
Optional: sprinkle with powdered sugar
