* Ingredients:
° 1/3 cup soy sauce
° 1/2 cup olive oil
° 1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
° 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
° 1 1/2 tsp powder-garlic
° 3 tsp dried basil
° 1 1/2 tsp dry parsley flakes
° 1 teaspoon ground white pepper
° 1/4 teaspoon chili sauce
° 1 teaspoon minced dried garlic
* How to make it :
Put soy sauce, olive oil, lemon juice, Worcestershiire sauce, garlic-powder, basil, parsley, also pepper in blender.
Adding chili sauce also garlic to taste. Combine on high speed about 31 seconds to well miixed .
Pour marinade on desired type meat.
Covering also refrigerate about up to 8 h. Cook the meat as wanted .
