*Salisbury-Steak with Onion-Gravy recipe *

A light classic with a burger steak in gravy and onions, traditionally served with hot rice or steamed potatoes are a great way to garnish a pound of ground beef with all the ingredients at hand. 
* Ingredients :

° 1 pound meat minced
° rusk c
° 2 tsp ketchup
° 1 tsp mustard
° 1 tsp Worcestershiire sauce
° Half a tsp garlic powder
° ½ teaspoon onion powder - optional, use if onions are not in the broth
° 1 onion 
° 1 tsp oil
° 2 c beef broth
° 4 tsp flour
° 1 tsp ketchup
° ½ teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

If you want the onions to caramelize in the meat broth, start by cutting a small onion into thin slices.Cook with 1 teaspoon of oil over medium to high heat until golden brown. About 78 minutes. Set aside in a bowl, mix 1 pound ground beef with 1/4 cup breadcrumbs, 2 teaspoons ketchup, 1 teaspoon mustard and Worcestershire sauce, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, and if onions are not soft, add 1/2 teaspoon onion powder. 0. 5 lb hamburger mixed into 34 equal servings.
