This is your basic old recipe for egg noodles, just like the grammy they use to make! Try making it the next time you make your favorite soup or stew.
* Ingredients :
° 1 egg
° 2 eggs yolks
° 3 tsp cold water
° 1 tsp salt
° 2 c. flour
* Steps:
Whisk eggs to light and fluffy. Add the rest of the ingredients. Knead until smooth.
Rolling out on floured surface to for 1/8 thickness. Sliced - I just use pizza cutter. You can store it in refrigerator about 2-3 days or in refrigerator for 1-2 months. Cooking about 7-9 minutes in boill water. Serving it however you like - but it's greaat in chickensoup!
