°4 chicken breasts (I use without boneless skin)
°1 can evaporated milk (12 oz)
°1 cup flour
°1 1/2 tsp salt
°1/8 tsp pepper
°1/4 cup butter
°1 can chicken soup
°1/4 cup water
Preheat oven to 425
*Directions
First, pour a little evaporated milk into a small dish… just enough to soak your chicken in. After dipping each piece of chicken in the milk, roll in the flour seasoned with salt and pepper. Melt the butter in 13 9 frying pans and cook the chicken in the melted butter for 30 minutes at 425.
Mix the water, the soup box, and what’s left in your evaporated milk box together. Turn chicken over after 30 minutes of cooking and pour soup mixture over top. Cook for another 30 minutes until golden brown.
