Easy Pecan Candy

* Ingredients :

°1 cup sugar

° ¾ cup dark brown sugar

° ½ cup whole milk

° 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

° 6 tablespoons real butter

° 1 cup pecans, coarsely chopped

* Methods :

Spread wax paper and a tablespoon over your work surface before you start the praline. Next, mix all the ingredients in a 4 liter saucepan. Heat over low heat, stirring constantly, until butter melts and sugars dissolve. Bring the mixture to a boil and then reduce the heat to medium-high - let the mixture boil for exactly 3 minutes, stirring constantly with a wooden spoon. It will explode very high, so never let go, even for a second. After 3 minutes of boiling and stirring, remove the pan from the heat and stir constantly for 2 minutes. It will start to thicken. Now (using a large spoon you can take your soup with) drop it onto the waxed paper, and work quickly. Let them rest for 10 to 15 minutes. Store in an airtight container. This recipe makes 12 to 14 pralines. They are delicious on their own or broken up on vanilla ice cream J Warning: Be extra careful when preparing them as the dessert mixture gets very hot and be attentive to the weather. Extremely humid days can make these adjustments difficult.

Enjoy!
