Philly Cheesesteak Egg Roll



*INGREDIENTS

°Butter - 1 ½ tbsp.
°Chopped green pepper – 1
°Chopped onion - ½ cup
°Sliced ​​or chopped boneless ribeye steak - 1 pound
°Salt
°Pepper
°Provolone cheese – 6 slices
°Egg roll sheets – 12
°frying oil
*Optional: Ranch for soaking

*INSTRUCTIONS

 Take a large saucepan and put it on medium heat. Use half the butter (half the amount listed in the ingredient list) and melt it. Once the butter has melted, add the green pepper and chopped onion. Cooking these ingredients for 3 to 4 min 
Once the vegetables are cooked; Take them out on a plate and cover them to keep them warm.

Now use the remaining butter and melt it. Add the sirloin to the melted butter in the pan. Use salt and black pepper as seasoning.
Now cook the ribeye for three to four minutes or until the color turns brown and the inside is cooked through.
Now add the prepared vegetables to the pan and mix with the steak.

Take egg roll sheets and unfold them. Now place half a slice of cheese in the center of the egg roll wrapper.
Now add two to three tablespoons of steak filling to each egg roll wrapper and fold according to package directions. Use water to bind the edges of the packages as you move towards them.

Adding oil to deep frying pan & heat it.
Fry three to four spring rolls at a time and flip them as needed. It takes three to five minutes to fry and it turns brown.
Put the fried rolls on paper towels to drain the extra oil, then serve with your favorite sauce.
