Fried green tomatoes

*Ingredients :

°2 large green tomatoes
°2 eggs 1/2 cup (125 mL) milk
°1/2 cup (125ml) flour
°1/2 cup (125 mL) cornmeal
°1/2 cup (125ml) breadcrumbs
°1 teaspoon of salt
°1/4 tsp pepper canola oil for frying

*Preperation :

Core & cutting tomatoes to tranches. In a bowl, blend milk and eggs. In another bowl, place the flour. Then, in a third bowl, combine the cornmeal, breadcrumbs, salt and pepper. Dipping tomatoes in egg mixture, then in flour and finally in breadcrumbs. Heat the oil in a large pot over high heat or in a deep fryer. Fry for 3-4 minutes. Enjoy!
