°4 chicken breasts
°3 tbsp. acacia honey
°1 tbsp. tsp balsamic vinegar
°4 tsp soy sauce
°2 tbsp Sesame seeds
°1 garnished bunch (thyme, bay leaf, parsley)
°Freshly ground pepper

*Preparation steps

Cut the chicken breasts in half crosswise, then put them in a saucepan. Cover with cold water, add half a teaspoon. teaspoon salt, 2 tsp. Of soy sauce & bouquet corni. Bring to a boil over low heat, reduce heat to minimum, cover and cook for 25 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 160°C (5/6). Combine honey, remaining soy sauce, and balsamic vinegar in a small saucepan. Heat it on a low heat without letting it boil.
Drain the chicken breasts and put them in an oven dish and cover with the honey preparation. Turn it over a few times to cover it well.
ground pepper (don't add salt, soy sauce is already there) and bake for 25 minutes, flipping meat 2 to 3 times while cooking. Watch carefully so as not to let it brown. Sprinkle the sesame seeds at the end of cooking.
