Beef Roast Pot



Who says spring recipe, necessarily says gardener!


* Components for

°1 x Garni Mini Bouquet (20g)
°4 x carrots (560 g)
°1/4 pack x chives (5 g)
°2 x turnips (340 g)
°1 x Yellow Onion (26g)
°green peas (about 200g)
°1 x Roast Beef (750 g)
°1 x Shalotte "chicken thigh" (60 g)
in your kitchen
°salt
°pepper
°olive oil
°butter
°1 x oven
°1 x baking dish
°1 x frying pan

* Preparation :

Planting preparation

Heat the oven to 240°C. During this time:
Yellow onion peel.
Pea peel.
Peel the carrots and turnip. Cut the carrots into sticks (about 1 cm) as well as the turnips (about 2 cm because they cook faster than carrots).
Chop (small cubes) the yellow onion.
In a frying pan, heat a little olive oil or a piece of butter over medium to high heat. Fry the yellow onion for 2/3 minutes without coloring it too much (we say "sweat"). Add carrots, turnips and peas. Salt and Pepper. Add the garni bouquet and pour the water to the middle of the vegetables. Cover and simmer for 15/20 minutes, until all vegetables are cooked.

spoil the barbecue

Peel the shallots and cut 6 pieces lengthwise.
Arrange the roast beef in a baking dish with the shallots. Spray olive oil.

Bake roast beef 15/17 minutes.

Suggestion: we offer to cook rare beef. If you want more doneness, continue cooking for 5 to 10 minutes.

some freshness

While everything is cooking, rinse and chop the chives.

Serve roasted beef leeks hot with a bowl of vegetables. Sprinkle chives.
