* Ingredients & Preparation :
Preheat oven 350
Melt 1 stick butter and adding 1 C brown sugar (dark brown if you have it)
Pour it into a 9"*13" cake pan
Add pineapple rings
Add cherries also set apart .
For the cake.. I use pineapple cake mix, 3 egg whites, 1/3 c oil & 1 cup pineapple juice
Mix well.
Pour over pineapple and cherry
Bake for 25 minutes
Cool and turn on wax paper
