Savoy-With Green Cabbage-Sausage
° I putting little bacon fat on the bottom & adding cabbage with onions & sausage.
° & add for a C of chicken broth & let it simmer about some time.
° Then adding apple cider vinegar. Only leave it to ripen.
* Ingredients:
° 1 stick butter or butter
° 1 small head cabbage, chop
° 1 green bell pepper, chopped or sliced
° 1 onion chopped
° 1 pound sausage, cutting to around pieces
° 1 can of chop tomatoes (15 ounces)
° 1/2 tsp salt
° 1/2 tsp pepper
° hot sauce (optional)
* Directions:
Melt butter in skillet. Adding cabbage, onion, also green pepper also cooking on medium-high about 5 minutes, stir, to it does not stick to pan. Adding rest ingredients, covering also simmer about 20-25 min.
