Easy and impressive, this dessert is inspired by two favorite types of British cuisine, banoffee pie and trifle. Bananas, a popular and affordable ingredient, share the spotlight with custard, whipped cream, lady fingers, milk jam, and graham crumbs. In order to soften the cookies, we prepare this dessert the day before. For assembly, we leave an empty space on top of the glass serving bowl, on the one hand because it needs to be covered, and on the other, because we want to avoid flooding during transportation.

*Ingredients :

° 1 box of yellow cake mix, angel food cake mix, or even chocolate cake mix
° 1 Pkg is mine. Instant Vanilla Pudding Please do not use banana flavored
° 3 large bananas, sliced
° 1 1/2 cups sliced ​​strawberries
° 1 1/2 - 2 cups chopped fresh pineapple (or 6 ounces crushed pineapple, drained)
° 1 container cold whisk, thawed
° 1 jar maraschino cherries, cut into cubes
° 1/2 c pecans (optional)
° 1/4 cup chocolate syrup

* How to Make Banana Split Trifle :

Prepare the cake, making sure it is completely cool before assembling the dessert.
Cut the cake into small pieces. Prepare the pudding mixture. In a scrap dish (or a large salad bowl) it is best to use a transparent bowl because it looks very nice. Divide the bite-size pieces using half of the cake for the first layer. We decorate the cake with half pudding, half banana, half strawberry, half pineapple, half cold web, half maraschino cherries, half chocolate syrup and half nuts. Repeat all these steps with the rest of the ingredients in the same order. Relax until you are ready to serve.
