Banana Bread

Americans make a lot of loaves of bread, with a lot of ingredients. Today it is banana bread, the famous banana bread, that perfumes this dessert/side dish. A very good snack or sweet accompaniment to a barbecue.

Banana bread ingredients

°2 eggs
°250 g flour
°1 teaspoon baking soda (you can buy it here)
°115 g butter
°110 gm brown sugar
°525g ripe bananas
°1/4 teaspoon salt
For this week, we'll be baking American bread, but not any banana bread.

You should know that this bread clearly tastes banana, but it's not as loaded as, say, candy.

The baking soda allows the bread to rise properly, and together with the fruit it ensures soft bread, not dry bread.
Because even if it means making bread, it's as good as it is.

Banana bread recipe

Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F)
Grease a tray four quarters
In a large bowl, place the flour, baking soda and salt
In another bowl, whisk together the brown sugar and butter
Add eggs and mashed bananas

Pour the liquid mixture into the dry mixture
mix lightly
Cook 60 to 65 minutes
