Preheat oven 375. Grease baking tray with little oil also set apart .
Putting potato wedges in bowl. Drizzle with olive-oil also stir To covered. In small bowl, whisk jointly salt, garlic-powder, & Italian season. Sprinkling potato tranches with grated cheese, flip to coat, also sprinkling with seasoning mix .
Laying potato wedges on prepared baking sheet in single layer with skin sides facing down. Baking about 25-35 min, to potatoes are tender with fork // golden. Sprinkling with fresh chop parsley & sauce for dipping.
