* Ingredients :

° 2 pieces of butter
° 1 cup light brown sugar
° 1 reg. bag of pastries
° 12 oz bag of chocolate chips
° sea salt

* Directions :

Heat the oven to 400.
Line a large tray with butter paper and cover with salted biscuits
Dissolve butter in  saucepan on-low heat. When it begins to form bubbles, add the brown sugar. Stirring occasionally, let the butter/sugar mixture blend together and brown. This should take about 3 minutes. Don't let it boil, you will have a sticky sticky not good. When you have a nice brown caramel, pour it over the pastry slowly and evenly. You can then use a spoon to flatten it, you have to work quickly and gently. It hardens quickly so even pouring is the best method.
Bake the tray for 5 minutes.
Remove the tray from the oven and sprinkle the entire bag of chocolate chips evenly over the mixture.
Put it back in the oven for 45 seconds. If you let it sit there for too long the chocolate will burn.
Remove from the oven and use a silicone spatula to evenly distribute the chocolate on top.

Enjoy !
