Korean country ribs !

Today was a very special day...we decided to make one my all time favourite recipes! We used our favorite Korean marinade and made lovely country style pork ribs on the grill! This is included in our meal plan twice a month and it never disappoints! Even my picky family devoured this matter which was very shocking to me

* Ingredients :

+6 servings

° ½ cup (120 g) soy sauce
° 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
° 2 tablespoons sesame oil
°  2 tablespoons red pepper powder
° 8 cloves minced garlic
° 1 tablespoon grated ginger
° 1 cup onion (150 g)
° 3 lbs baby ribs (1.3 kg)
+Glaze
° ½ cup honey (85 g)
+Garnish

*Preparation :

Mixing dressing ingredients in  bowl.
Pour marinade on ribs & permit them marinate about at least 4 h .
After soaking, place the ribs on the baking dish. Save the seasoning for later use.
Bake the ribs at 325°F (160°C) for two and a half to three hours.
Pour rest marinade to saucepan, adding honey, bring to boil. Sit apart .
After two and a half to three hours, remove the ribs from the oven. Pour the glaze over the ribs and roast for 5 to 10 minutes.
Cut the ribs, sprinkle sesame seeds on them and garnish with green onions.

Enjoy !
