*scalloped- creamy -potatoes-kielbasa*



I bought several rings of Kielbasa the last time there was a sale on it.., the kids suggested some sweet potatoes for dinner, so I put them all together and I might add, it's creamy, greasy and cheesy!

* Ingredients :

° 1 pound package smoked sausage (coating can be used, sliced)
° 7 to 8 medium grains, peeled and sliced
° 1 pepper green coarsely chop
° 1 onion, peel & chop
° One 8-ounce package Colby Jack Cheese, diced (can use any type you like)
° 1 cup milk
° 1 cup sour cream
° 4 tablespoons butter or half a stick or a quarter cup
° 1 teaspoon salt
° 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
° 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
° 3 tso allpurpose flour
° 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (you can use any type you like)
° 1-2 tablespoons of paprika

* methods 

In a large mixing bowl, cut sausage into strips, peel and cut potatoes, chopped green pepper and chopped onion. mix
Spraying 9" x 13" baking dish with cook spray and pour in potato sausage mix .Sprinkle with cottage cheese on top.In a saucepan on the stove, combine milk, sour cream, butter, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and flour.Melt the ingredients over low heat, stirring with a whisk, until the mixture thickens and becomes smooth. Do not boil.Turn off heat and top with potatoes and sausage.Sprinkle with grated cheddar cheese on top.Sprinkle bell pepper over the cheese.Cover with foil and bake with a fork in 375 ° preheated oven for 35-40 minutes or until the potatoes are tender.Remove the foil and bake for another 15 minutes, until the cake begins to brown.Remove from oven and garnish with fresh parsley. Enjoy it !
